HOW THE BOARD WORKS
Each program’s best commitments count, up to the average class size of Power 4 programs (2 right now). Every commit is scored on Recruit Intel’s player rating, with elite prospects worth far more than the rest, so extra commitments add little and a large class is ranked on its quality. That is also how the service academies, which sign bigger classes outside the usual scholarship limits, are ranked. A commitment counts once, at the player’s current school, and only when it is verified. FBS and FCS are ranked separately.
