By accessing recruit-intel.io you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — free, premium, and coach dashboard subscribers.
Service Description
Recruit Intel provides football recruiting intelligence data including player profiles, school pipeline analysis, offer tracking, and proprietary scoring metrics. Data is sourced from publicly available records. We make no representations about completeness or real-time accuracy of recruiting data, which changes frequently.
Free vs. Premium Access
Free access is available to all users and includes player profiles, school lookups, and basic recruiting data. Premium access ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks proprietary scores (Discovery Score, RICR, Hidden Gem Score), full research findings, and advanced filtering.
Premium subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Coach Dashboard
The coach dashboard is a separate commercial product priced separately. Access is provided via direct agreement with Belleci Group LLC. Coach dashboard users may not share login credentials or use the platform to serve multiple programs under a single subscription.
Prohibited Uses
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading data from this platform
- Reselling or redistributing data from this platform without permission
- Using data to harass, contact, or target individual athletes or minors
- Reverse-engineering proprietary scoring algorithms
- Creating competing products using data obtained from this platform
- Sharing premium account credentials
Athlete Data
Recruiting data displayed on this platform is drawn from public sources and is the same information available on 247Sports, On3, MaxPreps, and similar platforms. We do not publish private contact information, home addresses, or non-public personal details about any athlete. Players and guardians may request data removal by contacting us at robert@recruit-intel.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the data for any particular recruiting decision. Recruiting decisions involve human judgment and many factors beyond any data platform. Do not rely solely on any score or ranking as the basis for a scholarship offer or commitment.
Limitation of Liability
Belleci Group LLC's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
